Renee Fagans was arrested on May 11 and charged with two counts of second-degree solicitation of a minor. She's accused of soliciting sex from a pair of 15-year-old boys and a pair of underage girls.
Fagans was a special education teacher at the school in May 2016, when the girls were 15 and 17. She was arrested at her home on Gervais and 122nd avenues in August 2016. She was working at the school at the time.
In court documents, Grand Haven police allege that while he was working at Lakeshore Middle School as a special education classroom assistant, Ciccantelli sent explicit photographs to juvenile girls on Snapchat and asked them to send him inappropriate photographs in return.
The complaint alleges Ciccantelli was arrested after the girls refused to meet him for a meeting that was arranged by the school. Ciccantelli told the girls to keep the meeting a secret, according to the criminal complaint.
According to the indictment, while Ciccantelli worked at a Westlake Middle School, he asked a 14-year-old girl to send him a Snapchat video of herself, and then he asked her to send him similar videos of herself exposing her breasts and masturbating in front of a mirror.
Since Ciccantelli's charges, his social media accounts have filled with posts about teen girls. He bragged about his new job as a bartender and listed himself as a manager at a bar in the city of Grand Haven. Just last month, he posted a picture of his new business cards.
Ciccantelli was arrested in late June. Court documents allege that in addition to sending the inappropriate pictures and soliciting sex from minors, Ciccantelli was paying the juvenile girls for nude photos that he took of them.
